I'm Abdu. I live in Hurghada, I buy things carefully and I sell them the same way — one listing at a time, written by me.
This site exists because classified boards are exhausting. Ten identical listings for the same flat in El Kawther, three brokers on one phone number, photos taken in 2019. I wanted the opposite: a short, honest shelf where every item has a name, a history and one person answering for it.
If something has a scratch, the description says so. If a car has been in an accident, you'll read it before you call. And if a car costs more than an apartment, that's the import duty, not a typo — cars are priced that way across Egypt. Everything is priced to sell, not to start a negotiation marathon.
